Warranty service
Guarantor: Music Express K&K Jędrzejczyk Sp.j.
- The service guarantee applies to products purchased from Music Express.
- The warranty period for products purchased from Music Express K&K Jędrzejczyk Sp.j. lasts for 24 months counting from the date of sale of the device. This period may be extended if specified by the manufacturer in the warranty card (a list of the warranty period of various manufacturers is provided below). An exception is made for used, returned, ex-display, damaged or incomplete goods, which are offered with a 12-month warranty. In the case of purchases by the company, the warranty period for products purchased at Music Express K&K Jedrzejczyk Sp.j. is 12 months. No warranty on spare parts and components.
- Warranty does not exclude or limit implied warranty claims.
- The warranty will not be respected if the device sent for service is not accompanied:
- proof of purchase receipt/VAT invoice;
- legibly completed service document;
- original factory packaging;
- all necessary attachments for activation of the device.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in post-warranty repair, i.e. at the expense of the purchaser. - We accept reports of defects only in writing or by e-mail (e-mail address: serwis@musicexpress.pl). We do not accept reports by telephone.
- The device should be delivered at its own expense to the service without consumables (smoke liquids, bulbs) to the address: Music Express K&K Sp.j., Kuchary 48, 99-314 Krzyżanów - marked SERVICE.
- In the absence of the original packaging or improper packaging of the device, the customer is responsible for damage caused during shipment.
- Music Express may refuse to perform warranty repairs in the event of:
- inconsistencies of data in the documents and on the device (in particular, serial numbers);
- the application of corrections to the documents by unauthorized persons;
- rupture or breach of warranty seals;
- structural changes to the device by persons not authorized by Music Express.
- Defects revealed during the warranty period will be repaired within 20 working days, starting from the date of acceptance of the device for repair. If it is necessary to import spare parts from abroad, this period may be extended to 60 working days.
- The customer may apply for replacement of the device if:
- during the warranty period, the service center will make 5 repairs, and the device will continue to have defects that prevent its use (the number of repairs does not include, in particular, cleaning, maintenance, replacement of light bulbs or fuses, repairs resulting from wear and tear due to operation);
- the service center will state in writing that removal of the defect is impossible.
- Damage caused by the user's fault or due to external causes is not covered by the warranty: pollution, flooding, atmospheric phenomenon, fortuitous event, mechanical damage, improper installation and assembly, operation inconsistent with the intended use, use of improper consumables, damage to speakers and amplifiers resulting from exceeding the rated power, cleaning, maintenance.
- The warranty does not cover claims for technical parameters of the device, as long as they are in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, or use of consumables. The warranty also does not cover consumable parts such as LEDs, discharge lamp bulbs and laser diodes.
- Nothing in the warranty excludes, limits or suspends rights under the Act of April 23, 1964 - (Polish) Civil Code.
- In case of damage, the product should be sent to the address: Music Express, Kuchary 48, 99-314 Krzyżanów.

The buyer may each time - before and after the purchase - request information on the specific type of manufacturer's/distributor's warranty for a particular product. The buyer is not limited in any way by Music Express K&K Jędrzejczyk Sp.j. in deciding which form of warranty or implied warranty will be used in the eventual vindication of claims.
